Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping services. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets for LCL shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new customers for LCL shipping services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their shipping requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient shipment handling.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong knowledge of LCL shipping services and international trade.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
