Job Summary:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our catering team as Catering Waiters. As a Catering Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. Key Responsibilities:
Set up catering stations and ensure all necessary equipment is in place.
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
Serve appetizers, main courses, and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area during events.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless service.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables and decorations.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues.
Provide support to the catering staff as needed.
Mandatory Requirements of Candidates
Previous experience as a waiter in a catering or banquet setting is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Professional and polished appearance.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
Knowledge of catering service procedures and etiquette.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays with food or beverages.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
