Showcasing furniture collections and assisting customers with product selection, offering guidance and recommendations.
Demonstrating furniture functionality, including features such as reclining mechanisms, storage options, and customization capabilities.
Quoting prices, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Processing sales transactions, including cash, credit, or financing options, accurately and efficiently.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborating with internal teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Keeping up-to-date with furniture trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings in the market.
Participating in sales training programs and staying informed about sales techniques and strategies.
