Job Description : 

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Reservation Agent Executive to join our team. As a Reservation Agent Executive, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional service. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a seamless booking process for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
Assist guests in selecting suitable accommodation based on their preferences, availability, and budget.
Provide accurate information about room types, rates, and hotel amenities.
Process reservations promptly and accurately, ensuring all guest details are recorded correctly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet specific guest requirements, such as special requests or room preferences.
Upsell hotel services, such as spa treatments, dining options, or additional amenities, to enhance the guest experience.
Process changes and cancellations to reservations and communicate relevant policies to guests.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's facilities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries.
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth check-in process and seamless guest experience.
Utilize the hotel's reservation system or software to manage bookings, update guest information, and generate reports as required.
Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and payment details.
Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and new technologies related to reservations and guest services.
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining a positive attitude, and resolving issues proactively.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining reservation files.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or degree in hospitality management is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or reservation department.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and processing reservations.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation software or systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage, particularly in a multicultural setting.
