Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. If you have strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently, we invite you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Telephone Handling:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Take messages and provide information to callers as needed.
Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal meetings.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Address inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Office Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Security Procedures:

Follow security protocols to ensure the safety of the office environment.
Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitor activity.
Communication Coordination:

Relay important messages to relevant staff members.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates :

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive demeanor.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
